1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lake91 platform, including all casino games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and any other products or services made available through the website or mobile app. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of Lake91 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

Each player is allowed to hold one account only. If you already have an active Lake91 account, you may not open an additional one under a different name, email address, or phone number. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing access with any third party. Lake91 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

• Keep your contact details up to date at all times.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Do not use another player's account or allow anyone else to use yours.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Lake91 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We currently support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and commonly used mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Deposits are generally credited to your account quickly, though processing times can vary by payment method and may be subject to the policies of your bank or wallet provider. Lake91 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you — third-party funding is not permitted.
• Deposit limits can be adjusted in your account settings; contact support for assistance.
• If a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable time, contact our support team with your transaction reference.

5. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, provided you have no active wagering requirements tied to a bonus. Withdrawals are processed in PKR via the same channels available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, or your registered card.

Processing times depend on the method chosen. We aim to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Before your first withdrawal, you may be asked to complete a verification step to confirm your identity. This is standard practice and helps protect your account.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method.
• If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window, contact support with your request ID.
• Lake91 reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Lake91 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are stated at the time the offer is presented. These terms will specify the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit (if applicable), time limits, and any maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the specified number of times first.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Lake91 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

Each product category operates under its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game or betting market itself.

General rules applicable across all betting and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. We do not accept requests to cancel a placed bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet placement, the round or bet may be declared void at Lake91's discretion.
• Odds displayed on sports markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• For PSL and other cricket markets, if a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to that market will apply.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Results are independent and cannot be influenced by prior play history.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lake91. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or other multiplayer formats.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, using stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.

• Threatening or abusing our customer support staff.

Lake91 cooperates with relevant authorities where required and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
